Shipping Policy
- We provide worldwide delivery services for free.
- The orders will ship from Malaysia.
- The default delivery service is the standard service and it’s free. We also provide the Express service with a small charge difference that you can choose on the product page.
- Your order will be delivered via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.
- A tracking number is available for you to receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail and with a tracking link for your parcel, so you could follow its journey to your doorstep.
- We are not liable for any involving the cost of customs duties or sales taxes for international order(s).
- For the standard delivery, once your order has passed your local Custom Duty, it would then be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
- The shipping period would take between 14 to 28 business days for the standard service and 4 to 8 days for the express service.
- Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries would not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive in the next business day.
- Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
- Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
- The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
